Good day everyone ! I credit this recipe to my aunt Mrs. Shanti Pais. This dish is prepared using simple ingredients which are easily available in every kitchen. The spices are mild and tastes hearty. Mutton stew tastes even better with Appam. Ingredients : For dry masala: • Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp • Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp • Cardamom – 3 • Cloves – 6 • Cinnamon – 1 inch • Pepper corns – 15 For the curry : • Mutton - 1 kg • Coconut oil – 4 tbsp • Cinnamon – 2 inch • Cardamom – 3 • Onions – 5 • Green Chilli – 4 • Ginger – 3 inch • Curry leaves • Vinegar – 2 tbsp • Salt • Coconut milk o 2 cups diluted o 1 cup thick
